We like to keep our drinks menu fresh here at Manhattan34, so today sees the launch of our latest cocktail menu. Every few months, our bartenders develop a whole range of new recipes for you to enjoy. For Spring 2018, we have a mouthwatering selection of new cocktails and mocktails on offer.
No cocktail menu is complete without an exciting twist on the classic gin and tonic. Enjoy our G and Infini-t, made with Hendricks gin and Lillet Blanc (a wine-based aperitif) along with tonic syrup, served with a cool cucumber ribbon. Or perhaps you’d prefer the Blood Orange Paloma? This contains Casco Viejo Blanco tequila, the fruity Solerno blood orange liqueur and a mixture of fruit juices finished off with grapefruit bitters. The perfect refreshing long drink!
Mocktail lovers will adore our Jamaican Mojito. It’s a tropical twist of fruit flavours, including pineapple, citrus and fraise, topped off with ginger beer and cut through with a refreshing edge of mint.
Of course, it’s not all change. We know that there are plenty of old favourites that you all adore on our cocktail menu, and we’ll be keeping them on offer. The ethereal shimmer of The Transatlantic will remain, as will the alcohol free Peanut Buddha, which has proved to be a surprise hit since it’s introduction at the end of 2017. We also continue to stock a wide range of fine wines, beers and soft drinks. If you’re a bourbon lover, why not mosey over to our dedicated bourbon menu page? We have the widest range of bourbons in the Midlands, with shots ranging from £3.50 right the way up to £23 for the super rare Pappy Van Winkle 23yr. There is also a bespoke menu of Boilermakers, whether you prefer to drink yours separately or as a depth charge, they all cost just £8.
Naturally, we also have an excellent selection of sparkling wines available. Be Absolutely Fabulous with a bottle of Bolly, or enjoy the crisp refreshment of our blush cava, Portaceli from Spain.
